I had a piggie in the past, Meemee, who ALWAYS tip their bowls. Some of the bowls also were the ones you can hook in the grid, and she would always bite and remove it so everything would tip over. I got fed up with it and bought ceramic bowls. She still managed to tip it at times! 
One of the antics that make me miss her a lot.
My current piggie Prince would not tip the bowl but would remove food and leave it on the floor that he would eat after a few minutes.
