We have just got back from a visit to Simon with Peri. He was checking out her lump and talking us through our options, and then he picked her up, flipped her over, and said 'I suspect she's got a little stone' - started squeezing and out popped a stone! 
It was like he had a sixth sense! He hadn't even examined that area!
I shall have to ask him on Friday how he knew she had a stone there, I was too surprised at the time to ask lol.
I'm usually very good at spotting if there's something up with my pigs, but I was just as surprised as Peri was when he flipped her over and out popped a stone
