My wish for him to go naturally finally happened this morning/last night. I don't know when be he was alive although barely at 12ish am last night. I just checked on him and he's cold and stiff so I'm guessing a good few hours ago?

I'm crying but I don't hurt as much because he's at peace, he seemed to get in a lot of pain before leaving me last night, the fluid was cutting his breathing down and he just looked at us, his walking was wobbly too.

I love you Africa, I'm sure Leo met you somewhere up there, I'm sure he's going to show you the robes and you'll finally have a friend. I'll really really miss you as you were one of my first guinea pigs along with Leo. You will forever be in my heart and you will forever be in Daniels because he cried so much last night and he's only known him 8 months.

I'm so sorry to hear that Africa has passed on, he certainly was a guinea pig that everyone noticed as he had such striking colouring and markings

I'm so sorry to hear you lost your gorgeous boy. I'm sure Leo was waiting for him at rainbow bridge and they can popcorn free forever. Sleep tight little one, you were a very special boy and will be sadly missed...

I'm doing okay right now, Africa is in Daniels garage in a lovely warm shoebox waiting for the ground in his garden to thaw enough for us to bury him.

He cried for hours the other day :( <3
