Size of Hutch

Hi guys, i'm planning to build a big hutch for some piggies in the new year. Will be looking for some rescue piggies by the way.

The dimentions of the cage will be 60cm Depth, 110cm Wide. I think 50cm Tall on 2 levels. 25cm each level. It will be inside a shed in the garden. How many piggies do you think this would hold comfortably? I'm also renovating my bunnys cage and hoping to find him a (spayed) girlfriend as my OH wont let me have bunny babies.

If you are going to build it you could easily make it bigger. The depth sounds good, but it could be wider and taller. Piggies don't need lots of height, but they do like to sit on top of their play things so 25cm is very low I would say a minimum of 15inches which works out to 40cm, with 50cm being better.
My guineas have double 5ft (150cm) hutches which are 2ft (60cm) deep for the winter. That is a good size for 3-5 piggies, any smaller and I would feel guilty.
