1 is 277 grams and 1 is 258. They do have plenty of food and move around, but are quite little. Is this normal? Thx. Just tagging in @Wiebke in case she misses this post. Xx

Wiebke is away for the next 2 weeks so you may have to wait for one of the other experts to pick this up.
Sorry I can’t help as I don’t know the answer and I still haven’t got my head round metric measurements.
If they’re eating and drinking and moving it’s probably fine and so long as they put on weight as they grow then there’s probably no need to worry.
Are you able to handle them to weigh them daily for your own peace of mind?

I’d be interested to know the average weight of guinea pigs at this age because I have no idea! Mine is 7 weeks today & weighs 400g, he seems tiny to me but that’s compared to his 2yr old brother who’s 1300g! Are yours male or female? As I know males typically grow to be bigger.

I found this article helpful Long Term Balanced General And Special Needs Guinea Pig Diets to check what pellets & veg to feed. How long have you had them? Sometimes they might eat a bit less as they settle into a new home. If you see them eating regularly I wouldn’t worry too much, maybe just keep weighing daily to check they’re gaining & not losing weight

I am able to handle them daily and yes, I should think so.

I have had them two weeks now and they love their veggies and pellets. They are two males.

As long as they’re putting on weight nicely you don’t need to worry, pigs vary in weight quite a bit but as long as they have constant hay they’ll keep growing every day! :) Do you weigh them regularly?

Your pigs are just gorgeous!
