Skin concern - what is this?

I have just found this on Rosie’s side.. doesn’t hurt, wouldn’t say she’s been itchy either. Can’t find any other spots.

What is it?!

Triple posting (sorry) - could it be a healing bite that I’d missed? The girls had a few rough weeks, unsure of the cause. They bickered like that once before years ago. All is well now, they get along great, but maybe it escalated back then?

It’s in a place she could reach and have nibbled herself. And it could also be a healed wound. But as it’s an obvious circle then it could be an old cyst scar or fungal (ringworm). The only way to get the right diagnosis would be a vet visit. Good luck I hope it’s easily sorted.

Update for documentation purposes!

Our vet took a closer look at Rosie's skin back in October and it indeed is a scar. From what, don't know! Could have been a cyst, perhaps a soft tissue reaction to some injection she received in the past. Impossible to tell.

At least it doesn’t sound as if it’s anything to worry about now.
