Skin Infection Or Bite Marks?

I took my 10 month old little girl piggie to the vets today due to her haveing two very sore patches of skin, The vet told me it was bite marks from her mum or aunty that she lives with , I am not convinced , Please take alook atm these photos and tell me what you think...

The second one definately looks like a bite to me, I'm not sure about the first. Yes, sometimes if a piggie has a number of bites in the same spot, or had the hair ripped out the skin can get a little flakey when it heals but that does look awfully pink. It wouldn't hurt to use from anti fungal shampoo on her aswell just as a precaution i dont think. And bathe your other two piggies aswell :)
