Hi there. I have noticed our guinea pigs both have small dark circle on there bellies above their legs, 1 side is dark but the other side is a pink colour ?
I’m unsure how to add photos

You should be able to add photos once you've been accepted so to speak
Are you sure they aren't their nipples?

I suspect you have discovered that all piggies have two nipples of the same size, irrespective of their gender. The colour depends on the skin markings.
