Our old boy has left us for the rainbow bridge this evening.

Banner was such a beautiful boy (inside and out), and a firm forum favourite!

He had been slowing down for a while. He was around 7-8 years old. Vet checks couldn’t find anything in particular, other than a bit of arthritis. He went to sleep in his bed this afternoon, very peacefully, with Thor by his side.

We are all heartbroken and will miss him so much. We hope he enjoyed the part of his life that he spent with us and his friends here.

We love you our gorgeous Banner. Sleep tight 🌈💙💙

Sorry for your loss. Banner was a stunner, and that he lived such a long life is testimony to the wonderful care and love you’ve given. Sleep tight Banner x
 
My heart sank when I read that Banner had toddled off to The Rainbow Bridge. He was one of my Forum Favourites. Popcorn high over the Rainbow Bridge gorgeous boy.

I am so sorry you have had to say farewell to your handsome Banner and my heart goes out to you as you grieve. The only positive is that he went peacefully to the rainbow bridge. The pain of losing a much loved pet is unbearable for those left behind so take care of yourself. Sending hugs at tis sad time.

I’m so sorry to read that Banner has made his way to the Rainbow Bridge today. It sounds like he has had a peaceful passing in his home with those he loved and who loved him. But that dust make it any easier for you. Big hugs x

He was a gorgeous boy and was really living his best life ever with you all.

Thank you all for your kind words. Banner certainly was a forum favourite, and very much a favourite at home! He truly was a beautiful boy, inside and out.

We will have his ashes returned to us soon and he will have his own spot on the shelf with the others (looking over our current piggies in the piggy room) 💙
