Our little girl Pippa was sadly put to sleep yesterday. She had been suffering a lot for the past month with problems with her teeth until very suddenly yesterday we found her sprawled out unable to move, stand or lift her head. Her eyes were rolled back and she was flinching. It was devastating to see her in that condition, she was such a trooper for the past month never once throughout all the syringe feeding and vet visits did she get frustrated with us all she had was love in her little body.

She was such a beautiful loving piggie. She was very chatty always squeaking away to her cage mate Maisy who she loved and adored and was always cuddling up with. She got quite skinny and frail in the end not at all like her tubby self, but never did her personality falter. I'm sad to think she suffered in the end, but I'd like to think, despite it being a short she enjoyed her life with us. Rest in piece my little girl i'm so sorry we couldn't do anymore for you x

I'm so sorry for your loss. Pippa was a beautiful girl. Try to remember her at her most glorious best and not as she was at the end. Popcorn free Pippa.x

I am very sorry that you have lost your striking and much loved girl! She will always have a place in your heart and your memories.

It sometimes helps me to imagine all my RIP piggies as little furry guardian angels looking out over my current piggies...

RIP Pippa - popcorn free of pain at the Rainbow Bridge!

I am so sorry you lost your beautiful little piggy. You did all you could for her and helped her when she needed you the most. She'll stay in your heart forever. Huge Hugs x

She is absolutely beautiful.
I had read your other threads about Pippa and I know you did all you could. She was clearly very loved and loved you back I'm return. X

Sending many hugs !

Sleep tight gorgeous girl x

:( So very sorry for your loss. She was a very beautiful girl. It sounds like she had a stroke at the end, so you did the kindest thing in ending her suffering. Sometimes piggies survive strokes but it can leave them partially paralysed and incontinent, and that's no life fora piggie. So you saved her from a horrible fate. Sending BIG HUGS. Peaceful dreams, Pippa. :bye:
