I have just come back from going up the street to find my naked girly in her forever sleep. I cant believe that she has gone she hasnt even made it to her 2nd birthday. She was in the corner with all the hairy girls around her, Fred was over her chest, I dunno if she was trying to wake her up but she has some nibble marks around her eye and ear.

I will come back and edit this post with photos of her when I feel more up to the job.

Rest In Peace my sweet girly, I loved you so much and will be missed so much. I feel like another piece of my heart has been ripped out.

Oh Emma, I'm still in shock can't believe it. Kanika was a special girl. I'm so sorry you lost her so young. (((hugs))) x
 
Oh no, when I saw the title of this thread my heart missed a beat! I'm so very sorry to hear this, I've so much enjoyed your lovely photos of Kanika over the last year that I've been on the forum, and she's converted me to loving skinny pigs (or at least, one skinny pig in particular!).

What an awful shock for you. I'm so sorry. Thinking of you and sending hugs, for what it's worth

i'm so sorry, you know how loved kanika was by us all. I'm genuinely sat here crying. I'm in shock, I'm so sorry. i just dont know what to say :0:0:0:0:0:0:0:0
 
Emma, so sorry to hear about Kanika, and so young too.

We will miss her pics and enormous ears! She was a little sweetheart.

I feel like Kanika was a kind of mascot for skinnies everywhere, and as I said before and many others have said, I will really miss the pics of her at Easter etc.

It does sometimes seem like the special ones get taken sooner - remember someone saying to me once that God wanted them for himself! :)

I agree Sophie, even though I know others have skinnys and they are lovely too but Kanika was like the Queen of Skinnies! I never met her but on the photo's Emma took her personality really came across. I will miss her. x

that's it exactly. kanika was the first skinny i saw and knew the name of, somehow she just stole my heart with those beautiful eyes and her cheeky look. she'll never be forgotton by me. kanika, even though i never met you, i'll always have a place for you in my heart. hope you have fun up there. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I am so shocked and very very sorry to read you have lost Kanika. Such a sweet little girlie, as others have said, she stole a little bit of all of our hearts. You are obviously devastated and I am thinking of you today :(

So sorry to hear this, I was only talking to Niki about her at the weekend when we met up saying how lovely she was. Really sad news. xxxxxx
