A sad day here today. One of the baby hedgehogs (Treacle) that was brought to me by the vets on Wednesday died overnight.

She was found wandering around during the day which is always a bad sign. She also had white gums which is a sign that she has picked up poison slug pellets or similar from somewhere, so we knew she would pass away.

Sleep tight Treacle.

So sorry to hear about that, Claire as I know you are working really hard with your hedgehog rescue. It is always so sad when no matter how much you try to help, things like this happen.

So sorry to hear about Treacle Claire. At least she was with someone that cared at the end. Sleep well little hoggie.
