I am fostering a little boar for Bobtails temporarily, a lovely cheeky little fella he is! anyhow, he was neutered a week ago and is healing well but he got a little over excited earlier when he smelt the girls! now his penis has got stuck with boar glue rolleyes what is the best thing to use to clean it? I have tried extruding it more but it is solid....was thinking of olive oil, maybe warmed a little or is there anything better?

Boys eh?........:))

I had this with Toddie 3 days after he was neutered & had no choice but to bathe his nether regions gently in lukewarm water & thankfully the plug came away only for him to do an action replay 2 days after :))

Should I just gently pull it off the penis then? worried about hurting him :{

Just an idea - take a baby wipe and dampen it a bit more with warm water. You can dribble some of it on the area to moisten it, which will make it easier to wipe off. Baby lotion is another trick for softening it so it can be removed more easily. There's no dignified way of doing it and I'm sure you'll get some squeaking whatever you try! :-)

when my sammy makes babies with oscor twice oscor has gotton that white stuff on him once on his tummy and once on the side of his face

my mum kinda pulls it out and then the hair just grow back

but the funny thing is after samnmy done his stuff he washs his bum lol

btw sammy loves oscor I'm sure he would marry him and have a family with him if he could

You will find that the ejaculate can be easily pulled from the penis. The solid ejaculate may well be 2cm, or nearly 1 inch long. The secretions around the penis can, again, be removed just by using finger/thumb to roll the material away. No need at all to use anything else.

Well I got some off but he squeaked like mad, so will do some more later. Its a bit smelly too :{

Please don't shout at me for asking this but why does it need to be removed? Will it do any harm if it's left? I'm not being rude, just wondering!

It does need to be removed from time to time. It can get rather smelly, which isn't pleasant, but also, it can make the area inflamed, which is uncomfortable for the piggy and can risk infection.

I tend to check Celyn about once every 2 weeks. Sometimes there's not much there but sometimes lots. Gethin never seems to have a problem with it though.
