slightly runny/wet nose?

hello everyone, i recently noticed little sylvester’s nose was slightly wet inside, his weight is consistent and not dropping, and he is acting normal (eating, peeing, pooping, drinking etc) i was just wondering if this is normal, ive attached 2 photos do you guys could see, however i could not attach a video because it wouldn’t allow me. please respond because i’m a little paranoid that it could be URI or anything so please reply quick!

@alex&sylvester I'd just keep an eye on it and if his weight drops or his behaviour changes then I'd pop him along to the vet.

I think it could be due to the heat we are experiencing lately as I've noticed it with my pigs a little bit.

Just try to keep them as cool as you can.

In my experience it is @alex&sylvester. Quite often my boys nostrils look wet inside. I only worry if their breathing is noisy or their nostrils drip or the hair around them is wet.
