Slow starter - Popcorning

Ive had Mr Darcy now for nearly 3 weeks now and was very skittish when I went near him but very confident with Lacey, he has started getting braver and will now walk past me slowly but will still run and hide if I put my hand in their pen, Lacey just sniffs and carries on...

However the past couple of days he has started to popcorn a lot (hasnt done it before) so wondered, can this be due to building up their confidence with their 'slaves'?

Aww that is lovely. He is getting used to his new home and is happy to be there. It is so cute the way him and Lacey have bonded so well.

I know I can hardly beleive it and to think I was so worried, they are just so lovely together and so funny, she is cheeky and steels food from his mouth and he just carries on and takes it all in his stride, bless him.

The other day I was cleaning them out (doing one half then the other) and he was hiding in his box, I put in some cucumber and Lacey took a peice to him, dropped it outside the box for him and went back to get hers, I could have cried with pride, it was sooooooo lovely of her!
