Sludge?

This is boar glue (excess semen); it is pretty common in young and teenage boars. Be careful - it really lives up to its name once dried!
Boar Care: Bits, Bums & Baths

Excess calcium provides milky pees and a powdery white residue; if it is daily occurrance, you may need to check your diet (especially water and pellets). A one-off is not a problem.

Sludge is tiny, gritty crystals that irritate the bladder and can cause cystitis or real problems if they build up and block the bladder. If you find sharp, gritty bits in calcium pees, only then are you dealing with sludge. In this case, it is worth having the bladder checked and if necessary scanned.
 
@Wiebke she's a girl! Or so we were told, and she & Clover haven't had any babies in nearly 2 years so we assume it's true. Never seen any rumblestrutting or humping either so fairly sure they are girls not boys, though we've never actually checked their bits! ! !

Got an appointment at our nearest recommended vet (Taverham Norfolk) this afternoon to get her checked over so will report back after that.

If she is a girl, then have both her bladder and her womb/ev. ovarian cysts checked, please. It could be a problem with the reproductive system.

As you have noticed, it does help if you please add the gender and age of your piggies since we can then take those aspects into consideration and not just jump at the most obvious thing. ;)
 
Vet Laura at Taverham says it's an infection and given me antibiotics.

Anything else that would help? She is generally well and hasn't lost weight, but I would say is a bit "subdued" - she is normally nervous of strangers and hates having her claws clipped but didn't make much fuss at all with Laura.
