Slug Pellets Allegedly Found On Asda Spring Greens Warning!

Just seen this on facebook, so do beware if you buy these. Dont know if its only Asda thats doing it but it seems their supplier isnt putting the pellets at the base of the crops like theyre meant to, but spraying them directly onto, and into, them.

That’s shocking, but I also look at the photo and ask myself why this person did not wash the veg first? (Although in this case I don’t know if it would have helped). I make a habit of always washing and separating veg before giving it to animals and humans alike.
Mainly to get the dirt off but also because you never know what’s been in contact with it. Or what insects may be stowing away in there.

I hope that dear little guinea pig feels better soon and glad his owner got him to a vet on time.
 
I did wonder, apparently theres a chance due to the rain it caused some to dissolve and not be visible on the outer leaves which were fed..or something. I'm not sure myself to be honest, although I dont know if id trust them even washed! Just shows you never know whats on our food :/
