Small hard bump on ear

One of my pigs has developed a small hard bump on his ear. It is about 1 mm in diameter and is the color of his skin. Possible cause is a bite, but it doesn't look like other ear injuries I've seen.

Could be a blood blister or small abscess. I’d get a vet check to be sure

Please check with your vet at your convenience during regular opening hours. This is not an emerngency unless the lump is growing very fast.

Little blood blisters are not uncommon; they usually disappear again on their own. But we cannot diagnose from a picture; we can only guess. Every lump needs a hands-on examination
