IMG_5996.webp i was just looking at my New Guinea pigs ear and realised it has a small hole in it, I'll insert a picture, is this normal?

It can either come from a misjudged swipe with a sharp claw or be left by small cyst or abscess on the ear. As long as it is healed well and not swollen or hot, there is nothing to worry about. These things can happen.

If it is fresh, please disinfect with saline solution either from the pharmacy or made at home by mixing 1-2 teaspoons of salt into 1 pint of boiled, cooled water. See a vet if it gets infected.
