Small Red Bump On Ear?

Cocoa has a small bump on his ear. Not crusty, bleeding or fatty. Just well, a bump. Here are some pictures, the bump compared to the smae spot on the other ears. Weight is stable, nothing unusual about him or his behaviour. Eating as normal. No head tilting. It's a tiny bit warm to thw touch, but I think that's just his usual body heat. Also sorry you had to look at my gross fingers in the picture lol.
