Jimmi has a very small cut on the centre of his back, it looks like it could be from where he has simply scratched himself whilst grooming and it is not open or bleeding. We put some wound powder on it and it does look less pink today! the only worry is that occasionally he does try to get to it to nibble it, just wanted to know if there was anything specific i should be doing or will it heal on its own?

Could be the start of mites or fungal, you can never tell with these type of things at first. Any dandruff etc? Bald patch?

Any chance of a clear photo?
 
No bald patches, slight dandruff although he has had that since we rescued him so will contact previous place for any background information on this!
And will try to get a photo and post in a bit!
