I don’t know if this is a health issue but I noticed when I give Giuseppe a kiss on his head his ears don’t smell particularly nice.None of my other Guineas smell there and I’m wondering if I need to get them looked at or clean them?

@Gem789 If they're not bothering him or look crusty or dirty I'd give them a clean and then see if they start smelling again.

If in doubt have them vet checked. The ears sound like they need a clean, but PLEASE DO NOT pour any oil down ears! It can do more harm than good. If necessary ask your vet for suitable drops or a spray.
Some guinea pigs are more prone to a build-up of wax in the ears than others. The ear wax is always the colour of the skin.

Thanks both, how do I clean them? I could always take him to the vet to have it done but not sure if they’d know how to do it.
