It seems a bit mercenary after Steven only passing away so recently, but I was given the opportunity of a new friend for Smudgie, so have spent the afternoon boy bonding. My house stinks! All went well though, and Smudgie now has a new pal....Albert. Albert is a beautiful 2.5 year old boar. Some photos here of the bonding (bum sniffing & humping rolleyes) before peace reigned, and they kissed x) They are now happily ensconced in their hutch sharing a carrot:

Awwwww x) Beautiful piggies -they are both handsome boys! Hehe! Me thinks you'll need some air freshener after this afty, but certainly worth the stinkyness for such a gorgeous piggie! :))

I've never had a problem bonding boars Becca, it's the girls I can't cope with, I am rubbish at that! :{ xx
 
Aww.... lovely boys. x) I think Steven would be pleased that Smudgie has a new friend and that Albert has found a great forever home with you.

I also reckon Steven would be so happy too to see his mate happy again :)

Well they haven't killed each other overnight. No signs of any tussels, and both up at the bars shouting for veggies together earlier, so hopefully we have a match made in heaven (or at least Warrington). x
 
Aww so glad Smudge has a new friend Jane! They make a lovely looking pair and I'm sure Steven will be happy knowing Smudge isn't lonely xx
