My guinea has been like sneezing up this mucus, has anyone else had this problem ? Does anyone have a guinea pig that just sneezes a lot because that’s the case with my baby. We have been the the vet like a month ago about sneezing and he was put on antibiotics for two weeks and now it’s back ...I have an appointment set up for Saturday btw there’s no lethargy /no eye discharge or anything like that he’s actually really excited with me as I have him on my bed with me (most excited I’ve seen him in a while he’s even started to lick me which he barely does..even licking my face🥺🥺) he’s been hiding a bunch in the cage tho

It's good that you've made him an appointment. Hopefully the vet is able to get to the bottom of it and he can start getting better soon. Please start weighing him daily and step in with syringe feeding if he starts losing weight.

What antibiotic was he given last time and did it stop entirely or continued?

Definitely seeing the vet is the best thing here.
It’s possible the course of antibiotics he was previously on wasn’t enough to deal with the problem first time round, some bacteria remained and has now multiplied and lowered his immune system enough to cause a resurgence of symptoms.
Him hiding in the cage could be either due to the fact he is feeling unwell, or due to a bond issue as I know you are/were keeping three boars together in a cage which isn’t big enough which can cause stress. Stress can lower the immune system making illnesses more likely

Alright will do he has healthy poop he’s doing alright I’m just starting to think it’s allergies and he couldn’t just be sneezing up hay . I use fleece for bedding I have critical care just in case too and some probiotics

You always check the medical first before assuming allergies - proper allergies don’t happen often in guinea pigs but sensitivity to hay dust can occur. Their airways are narrow so any dust can cause them to sneeze. However, if he got better when he was on the antibiotics But now it’s come back, then I dont think it’s a sensitivity as antibiotics would not make a sensitivity better - they will only make a bacterial infection better
