We can't control our room temp.
They keep sneezing. It gets cold then hot. Then hot then cold. ND COLD and hot.
We try to keep the temp 66.
But it goes 50 to 80 in a heart beat any ideas should I buy blankets and comfy warm beds?
We use a ac machine when it's too hot.

That is a lot of change and quite a range of temperature to adapt to (which guinea pigs tend to struggle with). Could you please protect the cage from the worst of the AC cold, you could also provide a cardboard box into which you cut a couple of entrances that you loosely fill with soft hay for insulation so they have got somewhere to get out of the worst of the cold. Don't use hard stalks, as the danger of eye pokes is otherwise too great.

I use the ac to keep the 90degrees. Down.
But I can try I don't have anything to block it at the moment and can't do it today.
Been working really hard on remodeling there cage blood sweat and tears. All day and still not done!

Also when they have hay in there houses they both refuse to go inside.
?

You have been working really hard to get their cage just right . I know you have given them a choice of hideys ( from previous posts). I think the best you can do is make sure the AC isn't blowing directly into their cage . Maybe you could use a piece of cardboard or a sheet as a "windbreak"?

Okay some one came by and surprised me of 100dollars worth of plastic high quality cardbord.
I blocked the side near the ac

How ironic

This is really important so I don't break there legs or feet.
I'm making a HUGE ramp. How should I do it?
How
Straight ramp or stairs.
If I do ramp it will be very narrow and hard to get up, and what material.?

It's under construction, I sanded everycorner.
And we're doing cardboard and pads then blankets over it.

There's no turning back but is this enough room to get in there cage. Let's say even they fight and I have to separate them?
If not sorry but there's no turning back lol

Should I make a cardboard roof or leave It open?
It's 8inches if they jumped over it.

If you can reach in, it should be fine.

I think - the only reason you'd need a roof if is you were worried about things ( e.g.cats ) getting in.
