Sneezing guinea pig?

Ok, if anyone has any accurate information it would be ever so helpful! :)

My 4month old guinea pig has probably been sneezing since the time she was about 2 and a half months. I took her to the vet probably when she was 3 months, and the vet (who specialisesnin small animals) said her breathing was fine, listened to her heart/,breathing. And said it is most probably because she has something up her noise and us trying to get it out, just like humans. My girl has no discharge, no sniffles.

But yesterday, I adopted a friend for my girl, and the breeder came to my house to drop the new girl off, she heard Abi sneeze and said "oh be careful that probably means a bad heart" she hasn't been a registered breeder for long, and got her information from a website, possibly not credible. I have found another vet, and i am sking abi to him in a a fortnight, but just need some peace of mind in the mean time?

Also, is it safe that I have put the new little one in with the sneezing one? They are getting on famously and other than the sneezing every now and then Abi seems really healthy?

Please help:)
 
I'm not expert, but frequent sneezing is alarming. Even my pigs sneeze sometimes(Say one or two sneeze a day, but not daily ).
 
I've always been concerned about it, but the vet I took her to assured me it was nothing but something in her noise. But now after what that breeder said, I'm back on edge everytime I hear a sneeze.
 
Are they bedded on shavings? That can cause allergies in guinea pigs and make them sneeze. You may like to give your little one a vitamin C tablet and see if that makes a difference with her sneezing. I crush one and put it on a slice of cucumber for each piggy.
 
no their on towels and on top of that is fleece blankets, their food area is covered in newspaper. Do you know of a good tablet that you could recommend .
