Along the lines of one of Ellie's old threads brought up in General, I thought it'd be nice to have pics of the weird and wonderful ways our pigs like to nap.

I'll start off with my queen of snoozers, Gwen. She is deaf so I was very surprised to find she always sleeps with her eyes tight shut.

ruby's too bright to bright to let me catch her sleeping and sonny shouts when i take his photo,so i daren't take one whilst he's sleeping!

I did wonder if piggies slept with their eyes open or shut.

Ooh, lavenderjade, your piggies are such beauties! They all look sooo chilled out :)) I think I must pignap Teddy!

Everyone's adorable piccies are really tempting me to get piggies again..rolleyes:))
 
do they sleep with their eyes open? Is this why I think my guinea pigs are never asleep until I turn the lights off?
 
Gorgeous piggies everyone I particularly like Laura's Gwen and Fiona's Teddy, they are scrummyx)
 
oh, o so cute! :) i like it when my piggies are asleep, that look best and cuter that way
 
Most piggies sleep with their eyes open, though a fair few do opt for some real shut-eye. I've seen all of mine sleeping with closed eyes at one time or another, but it's Gwen who always sleeps with eyes shut.

All these pics are wonderful. Claire, your Pheobe is just gorgeous. I may just have to add her to my pignapping list...
Fiona, Elmo and Teddy are just too adorable for words!
