Snuggle Safe Heat Pads

Hi, has anyone got or used snuggle safe heat pads? A friend of mine has offered me a large amount of Guinea pig items as her poor piggies died some time ago. Amongst the stuff are four snuggle safe heat pads, are they any good? My piggies live outdoors. Thanks, Linda

I think they're great. I have two for my girls during the winter and I've popped them in the fridge for warmer days too.

Yeah, they're great. You need to keep an eye on the covers as the actual pad can get really hot.

One of my pigs suffers from the sniffles at a slightest draught so we use them almost all year round for him.

They stay warm for a lot longer than say a hot water bottle so they're really useful to have for pigs that live outside.

I have outdoor piggies and rely on two snugglesafes to help them through the winter. They do like them

They are excellent, piggy safe although a little expensive, so id definately make use of some coming your way for the winter :-)

Yes, my pigs really love sitting on them in the winter, they have some disagreements over who gets the warm spot. They also stay warm for 8-10 hours so they are really good for keeping pigs warm over night. After last winter using them I wouldn't be without them again in the winter.
