Snugglesafe Mishap

We left the chaps in the care of my in-laws (as per usual) when we went away for the week. Came home and found they'd been dutifully using the ice pod during the rather hot spell we had last week... but had mistakenly also been freezing the snugglesafe as well

I've used the contact form on the snugglesafe website but haven't had a reply, and seem to be reading mixed messages on other sites I've got from a quick google. Anyone have any input?

My instinct is that it probably won't be safe to heat again

I think I'd personally buy a new one.

I can't find anything on Google either other than it mentioning that if it's misshaped then it needs to be replaced. I have found a phone number though: 01903 730811. That was on the instruction manual.

Sorry, I've no idea. I think I'd give the manufacturers a call. They know what's inside it and what impact freezing might have had on it.
