They are brilliant - they are heat pads which come in a fleecy cover, and you heat them in the microwave and they stay warm (not hot) for 8-10 hours, so are wonderful for piggies, especially ones who live outside. They aren't like the wheat bags which we can have ourselves on our neck or shoulders, which only stay warm for about 45 minutes. The snugglesafe is round, about the size of a dinner plate, and rigid. I have two which I alternate for my semi feral cat who lives outside, and I put them in her kennel. You can't re-heat them until they've completely cooled down, but they are really good. And this price is a good one - I paid much more for mine.
 
Postage varies depending on weight. £1.99 basic to £7.99 24h delivery. When i ordered mine they were on special offer and i got 2 and the postage was £4.99. If you order over £40.00 worth and it includes food then postage is free. (Shipping and returns at the bottom of their home page).

I would recommend these people as i have had no problems and delivery was quick.
