Talk about Dylan; his middle name is surely Harley Davidson! He's one of those boars that have to have their motor running idle all the time and show off their chassis to all and sundry in the piggy room!

There is often this phase with new husboars where their whole conversation seems to consist solely of rumbling and food wheeking...
Rumble-strutting is the way boars work out their hierarchy in a peaceful manner; the most sonorous and biggest rumbler comes top.
All my husboars have a boars-only hierarchy between them. I call this measuring up process a 'boar haka'.

You can see the difference between the two boys compared to a boar haka between to fallen-out boars with some real grudge between them who had a stopover at my house on their way from the South Coast to the Potteries Guinea Pig Rescue. it is not easy to discribe but unmistakeable when you see it:
