Before I built the C&C Cage my Guinea Pigs were outside in a Hutch but then I decided to move them inside and it was the best decision ever. Before when they were outside they were so nervous around me and if I went near their hutch they would hide away and when I had them on my lap they would just star at me. Now that I've moved them inside they are completely different. When I have them on my lap they love to climb all over me and they squeak away and eat from my hand. Now they don't mind me watching them and it made me so happy the other day just watching them eat from their food bowl, drink water etc. And also now I don't have to worry about them being cold at night, don't need to worry about foxes, them being frightened by fireworks and lightnings, it's just SO good.

Glad you are finding having them indoors a positive experience, mine are indoor guineas too, I find that you are able to spend more time just sitting and watching them come and go as they please, you find out what their little characters are like. Have they learned the sound of the fridge door yet.:(|)

Great to hear your piggies are warming up to you, i have my piggies indoors and i can't imagine ever having them outside now !
Although i once had some fosters who came with a hutch and i found that the way hutches are set up with a covered roof and the level there at i would just scare the piggies when i came close but i got my hands on an actual indoor cage and they changed completely and were so friendly although i loved seeing the personalities it made it harder for me to let them go in the end :(

They're in my bedroom so they don't really hear the fridge door but when they hear the crinkling of vegetable packets they go nuts and start squeaking and popcorning!
