a guy walking his dog found them

2 had to be put down as they had broken legs or deformities

*screams* grrrr I would love to hit the person that dumped them! That so blooming cruel! :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff: :tickedoff: - I am more than ticked off!

Awwwh I hope the little darlings are ok! RIP the two that had to be but down. :(

I just have bad images of poor little piggies running round looking so lost, and if they hadnt been found...what wouldve happened, foxes etc :'(

I never get why people do this. There are shelters, even if you don't take them to a shelter, then dump them outside (not that that is acceptable but it is better then dumping them in a field). It's a shame so many cruel idiots are born. >:( :'(

R.I.P. Two little ones. :'(

I agree with you the pet shop near me are always getting animals dumped on thier door step.

:tickedoff: :tickedoff: I hate people like that
Do they need rehoming? Or have they found somewhere to stay. Grrrr I hope the idiots get caught.

Where in Nottinghamshire was it? Nottingham?

OMG! how awful. Can i help Shaz?...if you know where they are and need help i have space for a few. If not then i'm glad they are safe now, poor piggies :(

I wish i was there, i could have taken them ALL home. How could someone do this?!

I am not defending them,,,,, at all, but once when i was moving i couldn't take my pet rats with me, so i called the RSPCA and they said they were full, but they never gave any details of any other rescues to help, maybe these people had the same prob, maybe they became ill and they didn't know what to do, lack of education is the biggest problem here, people think that because they live in hutches they will be like rabbits, oh you know what i mean, and that they will do well in the wild!!

Again i do not agree one bit with what has happened,

Not really piggybaker, they could of like I said dumped them outside a rescue, then the rescue would have had no choice but to take the animals. ::) :)

yes i suppose, once when i was on duty, we had to check outside an RSPCA centre and some one had dumped two rabbits and a cat, it was awful, the copper i was with said that the foxes would probable get them and there was nothing we could do, I cried :embarrassed:

But yes there was most defiantly more they could have done, sorry

how cruel do they have to be to do this to such sweet animals it makes me laugh when discribing some one like this they say "what disgusting animals" hell no animals wouldn't do that, def think animals are far better then us stupid humans

Thats how i got my pigs.

Some one had dumped them and hubby and i found them in a hedge down a counrty lane while out for a walk! They were two girls and were both pregnant. Goodness knows what would have happened to them if my husband didn't have sharp eyes!

They went on too have 4 healthy baby which i also kept. Had never had pigs before. Love them to bits now :smitten:

Ta for the info, I called and will call again tomorrow to see if i can make some plans, we are only down the road ;)
