Yet again, it's bath time for my girls ! :) being lunks..they get smeelllyyyyyy @)

Here they are having a good scrub a dub with tresemme as we ran out of pig shampoo! they smell lushious.

Oh squeeeeeeeee, how gorgeous! My Bernadette is a lunkarya, would you have any advice on bathing her? I am wanting to do it in the next few days :)

Hope the hooman shampers does not affect their skin - sorry, hate to be a killjoy but they do have extremely sensitive skin :(
Gorgeous Guineas do a fab range all made with natural products and to suit your piggies hair x)

hahaa thankyou! :)

Aww I'll have to check her out on your profile. Um no specific advice apart from try to brush them a little beforehand but i'm sure you know that they HATE being brushed (or at least mine do) so this is difficult. and just really massage it in especially around her bottom cause their fur soaks up so much wee etc.... :)

And leave her to dry inside on towels rather than on hay or anything or it will get tangled Hope that helps

Awww thankyou :D

yes i usually use proper piggie shampoo but it has all gone! we have used tresemme once before in the same situation and it doesn't seem to have irritated their skin :) I have the sensitive scalp tresemme as my fair skin gets itchy too haha!

don't worry ;) back to piggie shampoo when it arrives! x

She is not so bad with being brushed, only around her bum where she gets a bit tangled. Other than that she's very docile with brushing :) x

Despite all the stuff I've got here for our long haired smelly boys, Fairy washing up liquid is brilliant on their dirty butts before a good bath in piggy shampers.

well her hair doesn't look as thick as my lunks, so probs just a soft one with soft bristles, just to remove loose hair :) x
