I was spending some lap time with my sow and she just did some really really soft poos with such a bad smell. I am really scared now what should I do

Take her off fresh veggies until 24 hours after the poops have returned to normal

Stop giving vegetables and feed just hay (and pellets) until poops return to normal. 24 hours after they return to normal you can start to reintroduce a small amount of veg - herbs are often the best thing to start with

And yep guys I gave her bit of red bell pepper today did that make this happen? She's farting a bit now

A bit extra isn’t going to cause too much of an upset, particularly if she is used to eating a particular veg - my piggies don’t get consistent amounts of veg, some days they get more veg than others.
Keep her just on hay for a day or two and see if things settle back down

Thank you will update in a day or two. She had some soft poos before too but it got better in a day without veg but it again came back let's see

Don't worry it happens, once Ollie pig got double broccolli and that was a black squishy stinky poop day that he then slept in and got stuck to himself and all his nice fleecy beds!
Just stick with the hay for a couple of days like @Piggies&buns says.
Maybe you could have a notebook by the piggy cage where your family write down what they give the piggies so you know not to feed them veg yourself if your mum already did? Because piggies always trick people into thinking they are starving!
Did you order the probiotic you were thinking about before? If she's a bit prone to soft poops it wouldnt harm to give some probiotic too x

I have given my mom a whole 2 pages of guinea pig diet but she sometimes gets generous in giving them more veg because of them wheeking. Yes I did order benebac but it would take a month to arrive so I was thinking about giving her some poop soup. Should I syringe feed her the soup or just give her in a bowl?

When I've given poop soup I've always syringed it in as there is so little of it you need to make sure that your piggie gets it and doesn't upset the bowl. Have you thought of putting up a notice on your cage that says something like:-

The Piggies have been fed their veg

They do one for hamsters/rabbits on Etsy. The seller may do one for piggies too!

Thank you @Betsy but I only have my mom. so no one else feeds my piggies anything. I don't feed my guinea pigs any veggies and she gives them because she loves them. She strictly gives them around 20-30 gram veggies per piggy twice a day but sometimes she gets a little generous and gives a little extra of some veg. Other than that she strictly follows the schedule of veggies❤

Occasionally having a touch extra veg shouldn't really do this so don't be too harsh on your mum. I've done it from time to time giving mine extra with no ill effects. It's one of those things, sounds like a temporary blip in their digestive system
