One of my guine pigs are having soft poops not sure what its from and what I should do.

If you have soft poops or diarrhea, the first thing you can do is cut out any fresh food and see if the poops firm up within a day. If not, see the vet. In case of acute diarrhea, see a vet asap.

thank you for responding. She just has soft poops I found out who has the problem, so ill deffently cut out the fresh food for a day with her and see if that clears it up. Ill have to start tomarrow since I all ready gave her some veggies at floor time.

You can also try giving a probiotic like fibreplex as well. Just had the same thing with my piggy Gerry who has a very sensitive tummy, thankfully he loves the fibreplex although hates not having his veggies! Soon clears up, if not a trip to the vets.

if it doesn't clear soon i'd go to the vet, but definately no veg for a while and plenty of hay :) x

You'll need to cut the veg out for longer than a day. Lots and lots of hay definately. And soluble vit c in the water to replace what she'll be missing from the veg.

Can I ask what veg you feed?

My huspig had very soft poos that became quite runny so cut right back on the veggies and gave him lots oh hay - Fibreplex is great to keep in the house and I always have one in their 'first aid box' and he had 1ml for three days.
On the fourth day, his poos were formed and he was fine (and continues to be since)
