My guinea pig had an enlarged liver, she was given antibiotics and the liver reduced in size and pretty much went back to normal, along side this we administered milk thistle, recommended by our vet. Since then she has been ok, but keep noticing she has soft poops and sometimes a bit like dioreah, but still normal shape. She eats and drinks ok, we have tried to keep her diet very minimal. Can anyone help

Soft poops

It’s not uncommon for piggies on antibiotics to have softer poops. Do you supplement with a probiotic?
For soft poops, you need to stop giving veg and feed only hay (and the normal one tablespoon of day of pellets) to give the gut time to settle. You can then reintroduce veg slowly 24 hours after poops normalise. Giving a probiotic can also in addition.
