i have an add on preloved for the rescue piggies that are looking for homes, a woman has contacted me this morning enquiring about sows, turns out she wants them for breedinggrrrr needless to say i told her that i dont rehome to breeders. I dont understand why people think its ok to take in a rescue animal's as breeding stock.

A reputable, responsible breeder will never breed from a rescue animal for the simple fact there very rarely any history for that animal, so no information on if there are genetic risks i.e satin carriers, roan/dalmation genes etc.

Methinks anyone who thinks breeding from rescue pigs is suitable, is not responsible at all.
