I will be placing a picture of the cage I want to build later, but i'm clueless on how to make ramps and other things. Like the flecce liner the 2nd floor would be easy to build, but the bottom floor has these stands to help support the 2nd floor, but I'm quite confused on how to get around the stands. How wide should the ramps be and would it be good to cover it with fleece? And should I leave some room so I could slip on some fleece?

Thanks! :)

I would but it depends on how old your pigs are and if they would jump off into the floor.

I've seen that pic before, although it looks very nice it's a super bad design. The sides aren't high enough, pigs could fall/get into a fight or something on that top level, it's way too narrow and actually far to impractical for use.

Also the pigs will just jump out of that... They must be tiny babies in the pic?

Sorry if I sound negative but I'd hate for you to lose a piggy in the house! Have you tried a C&C style cage? :)

I think the Second Floor is a bit unsafe not trying to be negative either it's just the second floor could be a Safety Hazard for the Pigs.

I agree, the 2nd floor and ramp is dangerous. I have the usual 2-floor hutch you can buy from shops but I've put cardboard boxes on the sides of the ramp and the ramp opening at the 2nd floor so my piggies won't fall. My piggies run up and down the ramp so it's better to be safe. I've also put a wooden house at the end of the ramp so it isn't too steep for them.
