Something grow in her nose

Hello, does anyone knows whats growing in her nose? I thought it was scabies, given her scabies spray usually its healed, but not this time

 
Please do have her seen by a vet as she definitely needs a proper hands on check for that kind of growth. It certainly isnt scabies
We cannot diagnose anything and we would not recommend you use any kind of product yourself.

i have tried to bring her to vet but theres no vet can handle & have knowledge about guinea pig around my area 🥲
i live in suburb

It’s hard if you can’t find a vet but I’m afraid we can’t know or even guess what it might be. We are not legally allowed to diagnose anything
