My sons gp looks as if his insides are hanging out. He was fine this morning, been checked on this afternoon and this is what we found.
 
My thoughts exactly but while my son cleaned his cage etc I thought I'd ask. It's horrible to see. Never seen this before, looked it up but can't find anything on it
 
Do let us know how you get on at the vets.
As @Claire W says - this is an emergency.
Make sure you stress that when you call the vets. Most are very good and will respond .

Please, please take your piggy to a vet as an emergency. He must be in terrible pain.
 
Is there a photo we could see, if it isn’t too gruesome...
Get him to the vet ASAP, wish you luck
