Do you have boars because that looks like a bit of boar glue (dried semen fluid) to me? Unfortunately the only way you can get rid of it is by cutting it gently out or waiting for it to come off on its own. 'Boar glue' is a very appropriate description!

Yeah it’s a boar but he lives on his own - got separated a few Weeks ago due to fighting
It is self-inflicted. Boars can get their own semen fluid on their face when picking up redigestible poos (caecotrophs), cleaning themselves and occasionally even masturbating.
