Today is a happy day - Sooty celebrates her fourth birthday! This is as near as I can get to her actual birthday - she was six weeks old when I got her on 28 June 2007, which makes today her birthday!

We celebrated with a picnic party tea in Grandma's kitchen:

The Human made Sooty a birthday cake, complete with four cucumber 'candles':

Happy Birthday Sooty, you are very cute! So are your friends, what a great party you had. I loved your cake
 
The Human is Stoopid. Sweepie went over the bridge a couple of weeks ago (today would have been her birthday, too). The guineas at the party are Rose and Bumble (no prizes for guessing which piggie is which).
 
The cake is oats mixed with blueberries and two small strawberries (chopped) with a tablespoon of honey and a tablespooon of apple juice.

Sooty liked it all, Rose picked out the fruit, and Bumble looked at it disdainfully. Next time I'm making a cake from shredded fruit/veg!

haha ty, think all mine are a bit on the portly side to be having oats - in the photos I couldn't work out what it was because all I was seeing was tinned tuna!
