Sore, balding paw

One of my piggies had a bald patch on the top of his paw when I got him, yesterday I noticed that he had a sore and a little scab in between his toes. I'm not sure what this is or if there is anything I can do to help this?

You could take a photo and post it here.

The balding could be over grooming due to boredom...maybe. It a photo would definately help.
