Sore bottom

I noticed that ernie had a small ulcer on his bottom just left of his testis.:( it looks clean and I have put some tea tree cream on it and I will check it tomorrow. There are no other problems he is eating very well and gaining weight. He is a young boy.:)
Any ideas as to what may have caused this ?
Any other advice ;)
 
A quick update

Ernies sore is healed the tea tree cream did the trick drool I have put a bit more on today.
These piggies never a dull moment.;)
