Does anyone know what this could be please her other eye is fine as shown on the pictures thank you

It looks sore/swollen. It will need a hands on vet check to see what is going on with the eye. Eyes are classed as emergencies. Prompt treatment is important with eyes so please do have her seen by a vet
 
I agree. A vet can give you a proper diagnosis and any treatment necessary.
Hope the eye is ok
