Sore foot update

Hi! Winnie has now finished his 7 day treatment from Fuciderm (from the Vet), and his foot is a lot better, but not totally. It doesn't look infected anymore, but it has a long way left to heal totally. What happens next? I can't give any more Fuciderm, so do I just give it a few days and see if it continues healing naturally now? Would anyone put perfect paws on now? Or what about Bepanthen? I got some last week because there was some talk about it on here. He seems much better in himself too!
