I cant get a vet appointment untill monday

Yep I agree, welcome to the forum!

Sounds like either mites or fungal but as always if you're unsure see a vet. I'm going to move this to the health section so more people see it. :)

Welcome to the forum Hayley. :)

Fungal infections commonly start on the face, but it is possible for guinea pigs to have both fungal and parasitic conditions at the same time. As well as browsing the link Vickyt gave you, also have a look on www.gorgeousguineas.com - they advise on the identification of skin complaints as well as providing excellent products to treat both parasitic and fungal conditions.

thank you for your advise about his nose, and for welcoming me to the guinea pig forum.I have taken him to the vets today,he s ringworm and they have given me drops to put on him:)

thanx for the advise you gave me, he who is now a she as got ringworm, ive been given some drops to put on him,i mean her to treat it

What drops were you given for her? Ringworm is a fungal infection, so would typically be treated with antifungal baths. Personally I'm not aware of an effective treatment for ringworm involving drops, but would be interested to know more, so if you can share anything else about the drops that would be very helpful.

Thank you for taking your piggie to the vets, at least you have some kind of a diagnosis now. :)
