anything i can do for sores on the feet? I'm assuming they are urine burns from della being so inactive, iv had so much on with her i guess i haven’t been checking feet enough.. i feel awful😔
they aren’t sore to touch,
waiting on a call from vet but wondering if theres home remedies, my poor girl😢x

we have been advised to use hibi scrub on dellas sore feet but my anxiety is so high knowing how toxic it is😩 can anyone share their experiences with me please to help put my mind at ease?

i also have a couple of questions now i’m back in the car🙄 one being the ratio 1:10, how many ml do you use for each time you make it up? can i do 2ml to 20ml water? or do you use more? should you make a new batch each time?

have been given a small pot of it by the vet but i need to get more, where is the best place to buy from?

have been told we can either dip her feet in it or just apply with a cotton pad (which i think for my anxiety may be the best option) but i wanted to check other peoples experience if this is still affective. also how long do you wait for them to dry and should i rinse with plain water afterwards before applying cream?

as you can tell my anxiety is through the roof and already have so many meds to give her daily😅

thanks guys! advice was hibiscrub, which has set off my anxiety massively😅, flamazine and anti biotics / pain meds which she is already on.
iv posted up some questions xx

Hibiscrub has been prescribed many times for various issues. Do a search for it on the forum
And you will find lots of threads where it is mentioned.

I would make up a few ml each time it is needed, and use cotton wool to dab it on. Rinse off and Dry and then add flamazine

I have merged your two threads together so everything is kept in one place

I don't know how toxic Hibiscrub is but the vet prescribed it for around Red's mouth when he had sores and it didn't do him ay harm! I'm sure he must have licked it. That was about 3 years ago and he's now 7.5 years old. I hope that helps you feel less anxious.

You can buy Hibiscrub on line on sites like vetuk.
The vet mixed mine in a small bottle and I dabbed it on with cotton wool pads for 5 days. He didn't have a fresh batch each time but you can do whatever is easiest for you unless the vet tells you different.
