Sores on my sows stomach

Hi, I got her around 2 weeks ago and noticed a tiny bit of hair loss and not any soreness around the area however within the past 2 days I have noticed it is very sore and has bites and she doesn’t like to be touched around the area or held. What can I do to solve this, a picture of the affected area is attached.

Please have her vet checked promptly! She is pain and discomfort in this area (mange mites) or a problem underneath the skin. Only a thorough hands-on examination can tell.

If she is a pet shop piggy, you can reclaim any vet cost within the first 2-3 weeks (UK) / 31 days (US) by presenting the sales receipt together with the vet bill.
